The Spanish branch of the global car rental company Europcar has chosen DNV to certify its Occupational Health and Safety Management System to the OHSAS 18001 standard.

The OHSAS 18001 certificate was delivered to Europcar’s management board, represented by D. José Maria López Brocos, General Manager of Europcar España by DNV’s country manager in Iberia Lars Appel and central area manager in DNV Iberia Carlos Navarro.

Europcar has previously been certified to the ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems standard and the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standard.
